Tech Talent a Top Priority for 2016
Finding highly skilled technology talent will be a top hiring priority for companies in 2016, according to a survey of 397 human resource managers, recruiters, and staffing firms by Dice Holdings. A record 78% of hiring managers anticipate more hiring in the first half of 2016 compared with the second half of 2015. Seventy-one percent of companies are looking to bolster their technology teams by 11% or more in the first six months of 2016.
