Back in 1993 when we started, our motto was: “you can always talk to an owner.”  Most days, you still can.  Back then, it meant that decisions could be made right here on the spot – not through the lens of what corporate dictates.  It still does.  It also meant that we could treat our temporary employees as neighbors, not numbers.  We still do.

As members of the National American Staffing Association for our industry, we are guided by, and adhere to, a code of ethics in dealing with employees, clients and competitors.  In addition, we receive employment law updates and we have access to educational and industry opportunities.

We live, work and play in Tucson.  And have for a long time.  We want to do our part to make it better.  Job seekers get the personal support they want in the job search process — and businesses get the talent they need to keep their operations running efficiently.
