Employed Workers Want More Recognition, Higher Compensation
Although many employees feel positive about their employers, they are still open to pursuing new job opportunities according to the Workforce Talent Survey from ASA corporate partner Monster. Employers still are not meeting the needs of their workers: 52% of employed workers feel that their efforts are not recognized or valued and 60% don’t expect a raise.
