Do You Have Social Media Skills? Demand is Strong!
Demand for social media jobs has remained strong, peaking at more than 113,000 jobs available online in May and remaining above 100,000 every month since. Marketing managers and public relations specialists account for nearly one-third of jobs requiring social media skills or experience, with web developers, human resource specialists, graphic designers, and sales representatives also making the top 10. As demand rises, Wanted Analytics predicts that these jobs will become harder to fill, with marketing, PR, creative, and HR jobs requiring social media expertise among the most difficult to fill.
