Construction Employment Rises in 39 States Year-to-Year
From May 2015 to May 2016 39 states added construction jobs while construction employment increased in 19 states between April and May. Construction demand is high and the only slowdown is due to lack of workers rather than a lack of work, reported K. Simonson, chief economist of the Associated General Contractors of America.
