Boss’s Day-We Don’t Feel Like Bosses; We Feel Like a Team!
October 16th is Boss’s Day and our staff gave us an inspiring book, Lean In, a 1/2 day off together, whoo hoo, and a manicure gift certificate. What more could we want. We don’t feel like bosses; we feel like a team. And we truly appreciate our staff in a hundred different ways. I think it boils down to respect, bottom up, not top down, trust, and humor.
