
Nearly One-Third of Lawyers Plan to expand Legal Teams in Second Half of 2016
31% of 200 lawyers with hiring authority interviewed by RH Legal anticipate their law firms or companies will add legal jobs in the second half of 2016. 67% of respondents said finding skilled legal professionals is challenging while 33% expressed concern about losing legal personnel to other job opportunities. Competitive compensation, a variety of work assignments and flexible work arrangements may help retain current employees. Throw in a bonus program and maybe they’ll stay a long time.
