Cindy Dhuey – Owner
Cindy hails from Sun Prairie, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Education. She and her husband, Joe, moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1984 before settling in Tucson in 1987. Cindy went to work for a brokerage firm where her responsibilities included interviewing, hiring, training and supervising the support staff – a perfect entree into the employment industry.
Cindy’s responsibilities include the overall internal operations and management of the financial actions of the Temp Connection. Cindy is the past President of Key Group, one of the top networking organizations for women executives and is now their current Secretary. Cindy also is a member of Crew Tucson, a non-profit dedicated to advancing the success and development of women in commercial real estate.
Cindy and her husband, Joe, keep busy with their two cute daughters and their family activities. Both daughters have graduated from high school and now are looking at the many different options available to them. Maybe they would like to have a temporary job before settling into school and other work.
The family is very active with such activities as boating, water and snow skiing, and traveling to San Carlos to enjoy their place on the beach.

Jennifer joined The Temp Connection team in 2007 as a Recruiter and Payroll Specialist and currently serves as our Operations Manager and Payroll Manager. Jennifer has a long history in operations and accounting. Prior to working for The Temp Connection she worked several years at the Fox Tucson Theatre in various executive capacities from Volunteer Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, to Operations and Assistant Theatre Manager. She brings a high level of operational management and efficiency to The Temp Connection. Jennifer currently serves as our SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Representative, is our Arizona Tech Council Representative and a member of Tucson Connect Networking group. She also serves as the Social Media Assistant for Network of Extraordinary Women. Jennifer and her husband, Phill, have two children that keep life fun.

Tina Hagen joined The Temp Connection team in 2007 and is enjoying her position of Sr. Recruiter. Tina’s office background reflects twenty years in education in the state of Washington, serving as the attendance coordinator for a large and busy school district. Tina’s experience with students and teachers translates well to the staffing service industry and her friendly and helpful manner extends to all who come in contact with her. Tina loves to ride her scooter to work every morning, weather permitting, of course!

Elliana Vaughn joined The Temp Connection team in February 2017, and is enjoying her position of Sales and Marketing Coordinator/Recruiter. Before joining The Temp Connection, Elliana worked for large companies such as Kroger Foods, L’Oreal/Matrix and GGP as a Brand Manager, planning events for new product launches and brand awareness. This experience has strengthened Elliana’s natural ability to build rapport with clients and candidates of all backgrounds. She enjoys being involved with the Arizona Tech Council and is a proud member of Tucson Business Networking. Elliana also serves as our representative within the Tucson Chamber of Commerce and Arizona Small Business Association. In her free time, Elliana is an advocate for volunteer organizations such as Women Encouraging Women and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Eugene Adams joined The Temp Connection in May 2018 as our newest Recruiter! With a strong background in business development and HR, we are thrilled to have him as a part of our team. He currently serves as our brand ambassador within the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce. Eugene loves it here in the desert and if he’s not out with his newly-wed wife supporting local non-profits then you find the two of them on the trails hiking the beautiful peaks surrounding the Tucson area.

Darline Dacus has worked for The Temp Connection since 2016 and joined our internal team in April 2019. She currently holds the position of Front Office Coordinator. Darline’s pleasant demeanor is a welcome smile to phone recipients – and to anyone that comes through the doors of The Temp Connection. She is dedicated to promoting The Temp Connection brand of service with excellence and enthusiasm. Darline devotes her free time to supporting local women & children shelters and loves to hike Tucson’s mountains.
