Tech Companies Agree to Settle Wage Suit
According to the WSJ’s Elder report, Apple, Google, Intel and Adobe Systems have agreed to settle a class-action antitrust lawsuit involving accusations from 64,000 employees that they conspired from 2005-2009 not to recruit each other’s workers and ultimately depressed wages. Sources say the case was settled for about $325 million.
