Philanthropy Spotlight: Assistance League

Assistance League

Since 1959 Assistance League of Tucson volunteers have been working in the Tucson community to help those in need. They run numerous programs within our community, such as “Operation School Bell” which provides clothing to children, “Assault Survivor Kits” that provides victims of sexual assault with clothing and toiletries, and “Program Teddy Bear” that has provided more than 23,500 bears to comfort children in crisis. To fund these programs, Assistance League has their very own thrift store!
