How Employees Feel About Staffing Agencies
According to a large survey by the ASA (Staffing Association) 11969 current and former temporary employees surveyed reported the following: 49% say staffing is a way to get a perm job; 1 in 5 say flexibility is a major reason; nearly 90% say that staffing work has made them more employable; 92% were satisfied with their staffing firm.
