
Hiring Process Now Taking Longer Than In the Past
Longer time-to-hire and growing competition for skilled candidates are inhibiting companies from filling needed roles, according to a recent survey of 446 talent acquisition professionals by MRINetwork. 71% of surveyed recruiters said candidates typically receive a job offer 3 to 6 weeks after the first interview, compared with the 1 to 4 weeks that was cited in previous years of the biannual survey.
