Focus on Diversity Could Help Curb Employee Turnover
In a survey of nearly 700 executives, 95% said they believe a culture of diversity and inclusion contributes to innovation, which can be a significant advantage in the current business environment. 70% of all surveyed said their companies put a conscious focus on creating a culture of inclusion but only 56% thought their companies’ diversity and inclusion programs enhance employee retention.
