Position: Trade Show Assistants
Rate of Pay: $13-14/Hour
Employment Type: Full Time; Temporary

We are in need of multiple trade show assistants for an event in North Tucson/Oro Valley!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Expectations of all workers:
– Provide stellar customer service
– Remain informed and engaged
-Make this a great conference for all attendees!

Registration Assistants:
-Registration assistants will be greeting and “registering” all store members and exhibitors attending the conference.
– All attendees should have been previously registered, assistants will be handing out conference materials and badges.
-Registration Assistants will be handing out pre-filled folders containing all necessary materials for every attendee including their name badge.

-Helping vendors locate packages
-Answering questions of exhibitors
-Delivery pickups and running errands throughout the resort
-Facilitating communication between Staff and exhibitors
-Keep meetings running on time by knocking on doors, and ushering attendees to their next booth every 20-minutes.
Note: Multiple workers will be assisting vendors located outdoors and should be able to walk up and down moderate hills.

Dress Code: Black/khaki (slacks) and a black collared top (Short or long sleeve)

Note: Most shifts are a total of 10 hours each day.


  • Previous experience working tradeshows/events, preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to walk on steep/hilly areas
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job site
