Position: Customer Service Manager
Rate of Pay: $18/Hour
Employment Type: Full Time; Temp Hire

A busy manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team! This individual must have strong customer service skills and managerial background. In this position, this individual will supervise customer service representatives who do the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales order calls & input orders into the system • Issue RMA numbers based on reason and qualification of return • Pull all necessary documentation for credit to be issued to the customer • Maintain and ship supplies and displays for sales presentations at shows and conventions

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service & telephone sales experience • 5+ years of previous managerial experience within a non-retail setting • Energetic, punctual, and neat with physical ability to handle display cases, samples, and supplies • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
