Position: Compliance Administrator
Rate of Pay: $15/Hour
Employment Type: Full Time; Temp to Hire

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Administrator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

The Compliance Administrator will be an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out duties with accuracy and speed.

The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Scheduling/dispatching
• Processing contracts
• Administrating random programs
• Process background checks
• Lab & collection site setups
• Customer account management
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Any knowledge of DOT a plus
• Backup on collections & MRO

Requirements

• Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
• Experience in customer service
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Reliable with patience and professionalism
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
