Position: Administrative Assistant
Rate of Pay: $15-16/hour
Employment Type: Full Time; Temp-Hire

A busy company in north-east Tucson is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will be a reserved and thoughtful individual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete tasks to support office personnel, such as managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages; copy, fax and file documents; prepare expense reports for staff; assist in company website maintenance; maintain kitchen supplies and general office supplies; assist in bank deposits and reconciliations; prepare for corporate lunch meetings (after COVID).

Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous administrative assistant experience for a medium to large company
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Word & Excel
  • Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
